About

Waleem Meat

Help people to use our tools

We believe our tools like ERPNext can help organizations reduce waste and complexity. Frappe + ERPNext has the potential to be a “full stack” replacement for not only ERP (SAP/Oracle) but also the entire enterprise stack (Java/.NET). With this scope, we should help organizations by providing products and services to help them manage their technology platforms.

Challenges

As a vertically integrated meat producer moving from live animal to finished product across farms, a processing facility, and multiple retail and online sales channels, Waleem needed a system that could keep production, inventory, sales, and compliance in step with its rapid growth.

  • Livestock intake and raw material use in production were tracked separately from finished goods inventory, making it difficult to see true stock positions across farms, the factory, and retail points.
  • Manufacturing processes for value-added products, such as burgers, kebabs, and marinated cuts, lacked a structured system to plan production and track raw material consumption against output.
  • Sales across retail branches and the online store were not fully connected to accounting, adding manual work to reconcile revenue and inventory movement.
  • As a Saudi entity, Waleem needed a compliant, integrated approach to e-invoicing in line with ZATCA requirements.
  • A growing workforce across farms, the factory, and retail locations needed a centralized way to manage HR processes.
  • Managers and field staff needed access to business data and approvals on the go, without being tied to a desktop system.

Benefits

ERPNext was implemented across accounting, buying, selling, stock, manufacturing, ZATCA integration, HR, and mobile access, giving Waleem a connected platform to run its farm-to-table operations.

  • Raw material and finished goods stock are now tracked together across farms, the factory, and retail locations, giving a clearer view of inventory at every stage.
  • Manufacturing operations for processed products are planned and tracked through structured production orders, connecting raw material consumption directly to finished output.
  • Sales from retail branches and the online store now flow directly into accounting, reducing manual reconciliation and speeding up financial close.
  • ZATCA-compliant e-invoicing is built directly into the sales process, keeping Waleem aligned with Saudi regulatory requirements.
  • HR processes for a growing team across multiple sites are now managed within a single system, from employee records to attendance.
  • The mobile application gives managers and staff access to key data and approvals from anywhere, supporting a business that operates across farms, factory floors, and stores.
